We’re very pleased to share that our talented bid writers delivered yet another successful bid for our clients!
Integrated Management Solution (iMs) are a technology-based company, that created the Connexis Cloud Case Management system and are based in Huntsville, Alabama. They initially approached Hudson Outsourcing in May 2022, and requested our team to work on another opportunity for the Idaho Supreme Court in June 2023. Despite a new RFP which asked for additional extremely technical information, our bid writing team delivered a bid which was fully compliant and successful. This was largely due to our team’s experience with technology bids and the open communications and support from Ken Taylor (CEO) and the iMs team.
Ken informed us that he greatly appreciated the work we provided, our hard work and that this was another successful bid from Hudson! Ken also kindly left us a testimonial (see below)! We would like to extend our thanks to Ken for coming back to Hudson for another bid and for continuing to provide all the information needed for our bid writers to produce their best work.
We would also like to congratulate our bid writing team for their hard work throughout this process. A special shoutout to our Global Head of Bid Management, Zoe Tumelty for overseeing this bid from start to finish, Calum Bratt for leading an extremely technical piece of writing and to Calum Egginton-Robson, Daniel Clark and Lauren Johnson for their support on this as well. A final congratulations to Jake Rayner, who created exceptional bid design in the form of a visually appealing proposal which incorporated the brand’s logo and vision. Ultimately, helping to capture the buyer’s attention and maximising the bid’s effectiveness.
